Gaining Access to My Computer After Resetting Without a govt email

I'm using a different computer right now, but I'm trying to reset another computer I have. It asks me to enter a Te Tari Taiwhenua, Department of Internal Affairs"email, even though I just reset it and don't have one of these emails. How can I get back into my computer?
