FT232R USB Driver

Hello. I am trying to setup a Megatronics V3 board for a 3d printer. The local shop support suggested me to download and install the drivers in this website: http://www.usb-drivers.org/ft232r-usb-uart-driver.html. After download, the next step should be to uninstall the incorrect drivers, however I don't see any 'USB Serial Port' or 'USB Serial Converter' in my Windows10 Device Manager. It says that after uninstalling them, the USB device should be connected and a new device must appear in the Device Manager, but when I connect the device nothing happens: no new device appears in the Device Manager and no signal in the device itself. I would acknowledge your help to have the bopard running, thank you in advance.
