Frequent BSODs with stuttering audio and cursor before crash

My newly built gaming PC occasionally experiences BSODs. Before the crash, the cursor and audio start stuttering, and the computer slows down or briefly freezes. The BSODs are usually with the WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR, or the system freezes before the BSOD.

I've run driver verifier, updated drivers, tested the RAM with memtest86+ for over 7 hours, and reseated the GPU in a different slot. Recently, the computer crashed twice in quick succession, with one crash just showing a plain blue screen.

Could this be a bad GPU or something else? Any suggestions?

Thanks!
