SOLVED File Explorer

Is it possible to have File Explorer open with the medium-sized icons on all openings?

File explorer > View > Medium sized icons.

Maybe I don't understand. I tried going to This PC and changing the view to medium icons but it did not show that way on next folder opened. I am trying to make ALL folders automatically open as "Medium sizes Icons", is that possible?

Open file explorer, click view, move mouse all the way to right and click on options, then click change folder and search options, In the new window click on the tab/circle to "open each folder in it's own window", apply and OK. Now make the change to folders to large and close file explorer. Now open a new file explorer and changes should be saved.
