File explorer suddenly changes taskbar icon when opening folders

File Explorer doesn't make the changes on my Win10 and Win11 that you see, best guess is a third-party software has been installed that changes some things.

I looked around and found nothing i changed that could have done that. I guess ill just reinstall.
