Hello,
When trying to modify my profile information, I receive the message: "You manage one or more child accounts. Before modifying your profile information, you must remove the consent for these child accounts."
However, I am the sole user in my Family Safety and do not have any child accounts associated with it.
To access my profile information, I navigate to my Microsoft account page on my PC, click on my profile image at the top right, and then select "My Microsoft account." From there, I can access various menus such as Your information, Services and subscriptions, and Devices.
Despite this, when I try to edit profile information, such as Country or region, I encounter the error message mentioned above.
I tried Xbox support's suggestion of adding and then deleting a child account, but it did not resolve the issue.
