SOLVED Failure to install updates for windows 10 version 1607

Hi guys!
I downloaded updates for windows 10 version 1607 two times but it still doesn't install and redownloaded every time I'm connecting to net.
my system is running on Windows 10 Home 1511 version.
Really need some help and appreciate your helpful replies.

You must have more information about the situation than you state. If the upgrade downloads, it will ask if you want to proceed. Are you getting any such messages or required reboot messages.

If you have a $Windows.~WS folder you might look at the setupact.log or the setuperr.log to see if anything is indicated about why any installs have rolled back.

Are you watching the upgrade happen or leaving it alone...?

Hello again !
Actually I didn't have much time for repair (!) , so uninstall and change that windows to 8.1 , which seems to be more reliable ! , but I think the problem was due to using fake serial number or that kind of stuff .
