Failed to set access permissions for ERROR

The error message tells you what to do.
You need to go to each folder mentioned in the error and set its permissions to allow read / write.
I'm not too familiar with the plugins you are using, but a quick Google search provided this forum discussing your issue, and those on this thread have worked out how to resolve this problem. So if you are not sure how to set the permissions yourself, then go to this forum and post a question.

User hasn't granted permissions - Gearspace.com
has anybody else encountered this issue with waves central? Failed to set access permissions for c:\\Program Files (x86)\\waves\\data\\instrument data\\waves sample libraries user did not grant permissions please set a read/write permission to the folder
