Failed Attempts at Uodating to Build 14257

I have tried over and over again and continue to get the following error. I have not a clue why.

The Title should read Updating

So you have windows 10 installed and you are enabling the "Get Insider preview builds"???
Check your C drive for $windows ~bt\Sources\install.esd
IF it's there download ESDtoISO https://onedrive.live.com/?authkey=...05852D5563AD391!13344&cid=905852D5563AD391and build your own ISO, then just double click it to mount it and run setup.exe to do the upgrade in place.

I have $windows but no ~bt I have a sources but no esd file.
