Extra Stuff in Alt+Tab

I know these things are for the Action Center and Start Menu widgets, but is there anyway to disable them so I dont see them in the Alt Tab Menu? I know if I do Windows Key+Tab, they wont show, but Alt Tab is faster for switching between 2 apps instead of switching between 4+.
