Excel format file

Hey guys, hoping someone smarter than me can help out here. I need to open xlsx format file. But i cannot open it with the help of Microsoft Excel. I cannot intalll the Office.
Can someone recommend how to open or view xlsx format file?

Now there are lots of alternatives for Excel that everyone can use. For example:
OpenOffice
XLSX Viewer Tool
Google Docs
LibreOffice
