Error Modem 628 in w10: The connection was terminated by the remote computer before it could be comp

i have a internet connection by modem(old time), when i was using w8 the connection was ok, but since y installed w10, y got the 628 error every time i try to connect to internet. i have a usb modem model cx-fu02, when i check the devices manager the modem is ok, i can even make a good diagnostic of it, the problem is when I try to connect, is said: "checking username and password", minutes later it trougth the error, if any body can help please give something. thanks

I have the same problem, except I do not get an error. The modem just hangs up after a few minutes, without logging in. Has anybody got a fix for this.
