Whenever I try to start the Windows Update service, I get the following error:

Windows couldn't start the Windows Update service on Local Computer. Error 1069: The service didn't start due to a logon failure.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
- Check Service Logon Credentials: Verified that the service logon credentials are correct and the user account used for the service has the necessary permissions.
- Reset Service Password: Reset the password for the user account used by the Windows Update service.
- Verify User Account: Ensured that the account used by the Windows Update service is not disabled or locked out.
- Restart Service: Attempted to restart the Windows Update service after checking the logon settings.
Despite these the service still fails to start. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?
