I'm trying to downgrade from Windows 10 Pro to Windows 10 LTSC N and encountered the following error message after running the setup as an administrator:

0xc1900101 -0x20017
The installation failed in the safe_os phase with an error during boot operation.

My BIOS is up to date, and there are no visible driver issues in Device Manager. I need assistance in identifying which driver is causing the issue, as I'm unsure how to find the problematic driver in the Setuperr.log and Setupact.log files.
