I have been trying for several weeks to install the printer driver. The computer sees the printer, all other finctions work i.e. using the desktop Scan function etc. I can print to this printer remotely by cell phone, Ipad and another printer connected to the same wireless net work. I have checked the IP address of the printer, and have pinged this IP address with no problem, Epson tech's have tried and can not solve the problem. I have turned off Norton's internet security, and Malwarebytes, and still can not load the printer driver. Anyone have any ideas?
Epson XP-830 printer will not print, all other functions work fine.
