That's quite an old printer, so I would have thought the best best would be to just connect it via USB to your Windows 10 PC and see if it automatically installs a driver - as Windows have a fairly comprehensive database. However, I guess you've already tried this and it didn't work
It doesn't look like Epson have a Windows 8 or 10 driver for this printer, but there is an old Windows 7 x64 driver which stands a good chance of working:
