entire Windows system corrupted

One night, I shut down my PC, but it kept running without displaying anything, so I had to force shut it down by holding the power button. The next day, when I turned on my computer, it had blue-screened. I've tried just about every troubleshooting option available - booting into safe mode, running SFC, DISM, and even resetting the system but nothing seems to work. What should i try next? Thank you in advance!
