Endless automatic repair loop

Hello there, Just came across this forum I only know the basics.

I have read all about this windows 10 repair loop issue, but cannot find a basic solution that will work, is there a disc available that I can get to repair this issue I have.

My original pc was upgraded to windows 10 a while ago and that's when tis issue started, I have decide to try again to get it sorted it a Asus K55A series was originally windows 8.1 then I upgraded to windows 10 any help would be very much appreciated
