Email not sending

Windows 10 Live Mail. Receiving emails but no emails are sent. Where do I get started? I am a novice user with not much knowledge on the internal workings of the system. Does anyone have a suggested solution? Do I call a local serviceman to come and work on this? This began overnight about one month ago. There are two accounts on my system, mine and hers. Her emails is the most important current national issue. My email is working. Hers is the account having this problem. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Well if you receive email but your email isn't sending that means your outgoing SMTP settings aren't right. Get the instructions for setting up outgoing mail from whatever email service your using. Example if using Yahoo.com google setup outgoing mail for yahoo mail.
