EMail in Code

I have some emails that come to me in code and are not readable. Other emails are ok. How do I fix this. The problem is found with more than one sender. I also use Yahoo Email and have no problem reading the ones I can't read on the MS Email program. I would like to have all my emails in one program (3 different accounts). I have considered using other EMail servers as well. How can I remedy this issue?
