Email didn't reload

I had trouble with my computer and had to reload windows 10. After doing this, my existing email at that time did not
reload. Any info on how to get it back will be appreciated!

I was using windows 10 new update and gmail at the time. I am using a new gmail account now but I lost a lot
of contact info..

Can you still go to www.gmail.com and log off from your new account and log on to your old account?
Is your old account still viable and does it contain the contact and other information you are missing?
You should be able to export it from there and import it into your new account.
