wil editinal updates for hardware and other functions like audio stil be the same if i build a boot medium.for a diffent Hd..on this system Windows10Pro?.
my guess is that this version wil just duplicate as is?
corrrect / wrong ?
if i boot my system it wil be without use of connection so ... i need the editinal updates to be actif...

I may not be following your question correctly as your wording of the question is a little erratic.

From what I can tell you are wanting to build a second computer system, that will not be connected online, but will be using the Windows 10 OS you are currently using online.

If I am understanding you correctly, then no that is not possible as the licence for your software is tied to your hardware, so you will not be able to activate Windows 10 pro onto the second hard drive, unless you first deactivate it on the original computer.
