Edge Password Problem

Recently I had to do a complete recovery of Windows 10. I have been using app called Backup Maker. Help! I can not restore the favorites from the previously installed version of Edge to the recovered version now on my laptop. The location of backup path from the original version does not exist in the newly recovered version. I have hit a dead end at finding the location of the favorites folder now. I have read the Microsoft has made a new version of Edge. The backup is the only valid version of the passwords I have. That leaves me with creating new password for every website. Help, how can I restore the passwords to work with the new version of Edge. Tbx
