E-Mail recipient only getting 1 photo

Why is it I can receive an e-mail of say 15 photos but when I forward it the receiver only gets 1 photo?

The receivers mail provider most likely has a data cap that limits the size of attachments received.

I don't think so Norton as I sent it to 21 other people and none of them got more than one photo. I think I had better get on the phone for a couple of hrs to India.

Certain mail client make a mess of encoding images, if your mail client decodes them, but does not correct the issues when they are forwarded so the images are not visible. If my supposition is correct forward as attachment will show images.
