SOLVED DVD and CD help

Hi. When I was on window 7 I was able to make DVD's with pictures and music. I know that I cannot do this since I bought a window 10. Is there an app or program that I can purchase so that I can burn a dvd with my pictures and music to a disc. I would also like to transfer just music to a cd disc. I would like to give dvds and or cds as gifts so any help is appreciated. Thank you.

You might want to check the laws in your country of residence, it may be illegal to copy/burn copyrighted material and pass it on if it doesn't have a public licence!.
