I started my computer like allways, logged in, and then i realised that i have a problem with my drivers on my laptop. Can't connect to my network, can't listen to any sounds, i can't even factory reset my pc. I think the drivers are still in my computer, but they are not allowed or something... I really don't know, i'm not really good at this. Windows troubleshooter doesn't find any problems with my network or my sounds. I'm clueless and looking for every help. Thanks for your answer :)

Try a system restore. Press the Windows and "R" keys simultaneously, type "rstrui.exe" into the "Open" box, click "OK" and when system restore opens, click "Next" and see if you have a recent restore point. If so, highlight it and click it "Next".

In the system restore it says that this tool apparently doesn't work on this system. A unexpected problem occured. More information in a protocol of the application. (0x80042302).

Press the Windows and "R" keys simultaneously, type "services.msc" into the "Open" box, click "OK" and make sure none of the following items have "Startup Type" set to "Disabled". If you find any, double-click and change them to "Manual". Then try system restore again.

COM+ Event System
COM+ System Application
DCOM Service Process Launcher
Remote Procedure Call(RPC)
RPC Endpoint Mapper
System Event Notification Service
Virtual Shadow Copy
