Drag and Drop and other Mouse Functions are Disabled by Windows 10

The new Operating System has damaged the mouse
drag and drop usage in many of my
programs that I use.

It takes between 5 and 20 times to effectively
grab an item and move it to the location
correctly with many false results in the meantime.

Also, many other mouse uses are affected as
well, Marking items in lists and selecting
multiple items really has become very hard to do.

Mostly MSN seems to have ignored these
new problems and has made no effort
to point out that they even exist.

[Trouble]

Is there anything unique about your particular mouse?
Is it wireless, or is it a particularly sophisticated model that may require its' own driver package in order to work properly with Windows 10?
