SOLVED Downloaded Windows 10 file will not install

After downloading the Windows 10 file (which took over 5 hours) the file would not install. I am sorry I do not have more information since I am getting this second hand. If that is not enough info for you, I will try to do a download again and see what kind of error message we are getting. Thanks for any help you can provide.

PS steps have been taken to increase the broadband speed.

Get your ISO from here
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/techbench
Once you have the ISO, you can use ImgBurn to burn it to a DVD or Rufus to burn it to a USB ThumbDrive, either of which you can use to then perform the in-place upgrade
