Hi Everyone,
Just trying my luck here to find some help. I've tried many ways to troubleshoot this problem but to no avail. These two problems are somehow linked because if sound/volume is not stuck at 100%, then the keyboard does not work. If the keyboard works, then the volume is stuck at 100%. I've updated drivers to the newest, I have also tried an older version (for the audio - realtek). The keyboard driver seems to be up to date and there isn't an older version.
At this point, I reformatted my whole computer already but the problem is still there. I am currently running Windows 10 Pro with the specs listed below:
My laptop is Acer Aspire R11
