Dns inet_e_resource_not_found and wifi doesn't have a valid ip address

Hello everyone, so my question is this: I'm running windows 10 and one day out of nowhere I could not use any browser, edge, explorer, chrome.. Nothing. It said error code inet_e_resource_not_found and I managed to fix it. Afterwards, I got an error message saying that my wifi had an invalid ip address and I managed to fix that as well. But here's the thing, everytime I fix either one of those errors the other comes back and quite frankly I'm considering leaving windows 10 behind me. That said, could any of you help me get out of this loop of errors?
