Distorted Colors after window 10 update

I recently updated Windows 10 but during the loading screen of the installation I noticed the screen suddenly change colors and start flickering. The issue persisted throughout the welcome and login page. When I logged in the background was a bunch of different colored pixels. I provided an image that I pulled from google that looks similar to my issue except my colors are worse and the task bar is also blurry. I tried uninstalling the updates and even resetting the entire PC but nothing worked. If anyone has some advice I would appreciate it.

You might want to run an upgrade via a USB installer to combat the problem?.

In safe mode the display is back to normal. It seems the display is only distorted on the main account. I'll see about using this method.

What version of W10 do you have and what graphics card as it may be a driver issue?.
