SOLVED Digital pad/sketch

Win10 1803 Desktop PC. Looking for a digital pad and stylus as well as software to sketch, doodle, create images, cartoons etc. Any advice or recommendations?
Miss having Paint but that's another story.

Oops, just discovered Paint under accessories.

S you say - another story, but to quickly break into the thread. Paint is still there. It has been relegated in the menu and included in Windows Accessories.
I have no experience for yor request, but you can bet on it that members will pop into the thread with advice.
