I had a home network setup on my router and was connected to it via LAN on my old Win7 desktop. I purchased a new Win10 PC and set it up. On the Win10 PC I can connect to the internet but can't see the old network. My current connection is the (apparently?) default network 2. When I try and setup a new network in the Network and Sharing Center my router never populates. It does however show up in the device manager under connected devices.
Troubleshoot Problems yields no results. I've tried shutting off the wifi and connecting as well as disconnecting the router from the cable modem. Also flushed the DNS, refreshed ip, etc. All of my other wired and wireless devices still connect to this network.
The router is a netgear wnr2000v3. All firmware, including the realtek card, is up to date according to Windows.
Any thoughts/advice would be greatly appreciated.
