device encryption won't turn on. There is an "some thing went wrong. try again later error". Tpm is supported as is secure boot both are enabled in bios. Boot is controled by windows boot manager which also is enabled in bios. My OS is Windows 10 home edition. version 1607 OS build 14393.726. Device encryption was working well until I turned it off to do something which requested it was turned off. The device encryption icon is now missing from the control panel.
