Device Driver 1 Recommendation

Windows Defender is saying actions recommended: Device Driver. 1 Recommendation, followed by a down arrow. Clicking this arrow extends the button slightly and has no content. Obviously it is meant to have a button to update the driver in some way, however that option is not appearing for me. Windows 10 version 1803
