Desktop File Automaticlly Deleted

Hi there, last 15days i have face a big problem. sometimes i have put my important file and pic on desktop, but when i shutdown the pc and again start pc i lost my all important file and pic. it has been automatically deleted. but i didn't find any solution. when i search my felted file name on the search bar i find it on recent file location but i can't restore it. at this time how can i solve this problem please help me. its really big problem for me. note: i amusing eset smart security 9.
