How do I change the display in "File Explorer" &"Windows 10 control panel", from displaying right to left back to left to right?

Hello and welcome to the forum.
Could you please use the Windows Snipping Tool
Start Button, All Apps, Windows Accessories, Snipping Tool
To capture an image of what you are seeing and attach that image to your next post by using the "Upload a File" button next to the Post Reply button.
That way we might be able to see what you are seeing and provide a possible solution.
Thanks

Not at all what I was expecting. I thought perhaps the screen was flipped horizontally ( a function of the display driver) which doesn't appear to be the case.
Would you mind booting your machine into Safe Mode to see if the problem persists.
Hold the shift key while clicking restart, use the advanced troubleshooting options to select Start up settings and when you arrive at the appropriate screen choose Safe Mode.
Just as a quick check to determine if it actually is still a video driver causing the issue. Then reboot your computer normally and let us know.

Do you, by chance, have a separate video control panel in the windows control panel?
I have, on one of my laptops, a Nvidea card, which also has a control panel. It can produce the effect I see in your clip:

Tried the safe mode and reboot but no change.

As for another video card, no only one in my laptop.

Thanks for your help

So even in Safe Mode, the display problem was exactly the same??

Interesting Dave.
When I use my nVidia Control Panel to "Landscape (flipped)... I do not get the results that the OP has captured and posted. My results are completely different.
Perhaps it works differently on a laptop display as opposed to a dual monitor desktop environment.
OR, maybe the driver version for the GPU produces different results.

LOl. I made an assumption bad thing. But tried it and had to bend my mind a little to get it back to normal.
But, back to the OP. You seem to have one of the right to left languages selected.
In the Control Panel, you may find you only need to change the input language. ("Language" in the CP), but you may also need to change the display language also
