My windows 7 was upgraded to 10.
When I try to create recovery drive, it said "we cannot create recovery drive. A problem occurred while creating recovery drive."
Help me to create recovery drive.
I am having the same problem, except I upgraded from Windows 8.1 to 10. No other information is given except that a problem occurred while creating the recovery drive.
