Create PIN is stuck rotating

I'm trying to set up my new Proline laptop. However, I'm encountering an issue. after clicking “Create PIN", it continuously rotates as if searching for something yet it makes no progress. After a while, it freezes, prompting me to restart the laptop.

I tried to reset my PIN but the issue persists. What can I do next?
