I encountered an error message while trying to restore files and folders from my OneDrive's recycle bin. It says, "Couldn't restore 1 item, quarter limit reached," and indicates that I'm over the OneDrive storage limit (114%). I'm afraid to delete files from my OneDrive's recycle bin. What steps should I take to address this issue?
