Yes. I had the same experience.sorted itself eventuallyYes, there were/are issues with one of the Build updates for Version 1909 that affected printers, usually would appear to print but nothing did and the print queue would be empty. All the Version Upgrades to 2004 have fixed that for me.
Just updating the driver is not going to fix it. You need the driver/software package.Did update printer driver. No success.

check that you have the latest drivers from the following link, don't rely on Windows drivers as they are often out of date!.

I also recommend you upgrade to version 2004 as you currently have version 1909 installed!.
