Connectivity

I can view the network. I can view the server. I have internet connectivity. However, I cannot connect to the server and the shared files that exist there. what could be the problem? all other computers on the network are working fine.

Thanks Dell-Jesse, but none of the solutions worked for me. the system was working one day and not working the next day. exchanged a router on the network and 9 out of 10 computers came right back onto the network and have been working fine. Only one computer has an issue and of course it is the boss' machine!
