SOLVED Connect with Miracast - Asian Characters

Hello All,

In my Start Menu, I have an icon for the Connect with Miracast software. I click it and I get the message that my computer does not support Miracast. I do not care about this lack of capability.

The problem I have is that next to the aforementioned icon are Asian characters (no idea which specific Asian language).

Also, when I hover over the icon, several lines of Asian characters pop up.

Questions:

1. Any idea what is causing this aberrant behavior?
2. Is there a way to uninstall this piece of software (or at least a way to change the language to English)?

OS: Win 10 Pro 64-bit
Language: English
Other installed languages: None

Thanks for the information, Wolfie.

If I could just simply uninstall Miracast, I would. It is not listed with the Apps or in Programs or in Windows Features.

Any additional ideas?

Well, weirdly, the problem has corrected itself. No idea how or why. Maybe the most recent major Windows update?
