Computer won't shut down

My computer won't shut down since I installed windows 10, I have to shut down with on, off button. It worked fine with windows 8.1

What does it do, when you try to shut it down? Do the options come up? Restart, Shutdown, or Sleep?

For a while, the start button wasn't working on one of the builds they put out, that's why I'm asking.
