Computer Continues to Restart, does not launch OS

So while updating my PC it started to reboot a few times and I read that this was normal behavior so I didnt think much of it. I had already updated my lenovo laptop and it took max 90 minutes. After about 3 hours of computer turning on and off and not even getting to the update screen I figured that there was a problem. I tried to open the boot menu when first turning on the PC, however, no luck. So at this point I have a really expensive CypowerPC that doesn't do anything and is basically a brick. Never an issue before. Any help guys please!!!
