Computer boots to BIOS only??????

Windows 10 has killed my computer and causes lots of errors.

I just reset my computer and it boots to that blue and grey setup thing called bios. I have not idea what to do and i'm not very good with computers and how to use them I really need help. the problem turned from my internet not working now to this please help...

Very little information included in your post to provide a person having had similar issues to suggest a possible solution.
Computer type, Desktop, laptop, tablet, 2 in 1??
Manufacturer Name, Model Name, Model Number (all the numbers).
What you might have tried up to this point. No sense in attempting to reinvent the wheel.
Typically, from the BIOS screen there may be an option to "Load System Defaults" "Load Optimized Defaults" or words to that effect, either of which might get your past that stage. Also while you are in there, make sure that it is reflecting the correct date and time for your locale.
