Windows 10 Home.
Version 1607. OS Build 14393.187.

I have everything working on Windows 10 Home.

I have three accounts set up on my pc.

All are Administrators.

One is an MS account and the other two are local accounts.

Sometimes, when I choose to change accounts, I end up with all three user account names in the lower left, allowing me to choose which I want to log on as.

But sometime, none of the user account names appear.
And I need to restart the pc completely before I can choose which account I want.

I'm so confused.

My first question is ..........

What is the correct way to switch to another user account if I am currently logged on ?

You should be able to.....
Click the Windows Logo / Start Button
The third icon up should be you account icon (picture)
Click that and that should expose the list of alternative user that you should be able to switch to.

NOTE: That will not log you out.
