SOLVED Changes made over weekend

I keep a lot of .jpg files on my desktop with photos of food for easy access in posting in my restaurant business. Over this past weekend, while computer was on, but not online, all these .jpg files icons changed. Now, instead of a miniature photo of the food, they are a Jasc Paint Shop Pro icon with the name of the file underneath. I have tried going to properties and open with, but all that does is change all the icons to an icon of that particular program. I have run Malwarebytes and Adware Removal Tool by TSA.exe and find no problems. Suggestions?

 

[Trouble]

Open "File Exporer"
Menu bar choose "View"
Ribbon click Options -> Change folder and search options
In that window.... Again then.... menu bar select "View"
Make sure that "Always show icons, never thumbnails" is not selected (checked).
