SOLVED Change Wallpaper on start page

I somehow (don't remember how) put a picture on the wallpaper (?) of the start page. How do I change that picture?

Not exactly sure what you are calling "the start page", but if you're talking about the lock screen then.....
Settings -> Personalization -> Lock Screen -> Background -> make sure "Picture" is selected and then browse to the picture you want.
