Change the name of the user

So with my windows 10 user, i use a friend of mines email simply because of the xbox feature as I use his email when I play xbox on my xbox and playing xbox games on my laptop so my achievements get saved together. However the problem is when i sign into my laptop his name always comes up. How do I change his name, without changing the name on the email.
